1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Gleons website (gleons.com) and the Gleons Ambient LED Controller product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Product
Gleons provides a plug-and-play ambient LED controller and companion Windows software. The hardware captures screen colors and transmits them to LED strips, or allows manual solid-color control. The website provides information, documentation, and purchasing options related to the product.
3. Software License
The Gleons desktop application is licensed for personal and commercial use on a per-purchase basis. Each purchase entitles you to use the software with the included hardware on one computer. Redistribution, reverse engineering, or reselling of the software is not permitted.
4. Purchase & Warranty
Gleons products come with a 6-month hardware warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper handling is not covered. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for returns.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring your USB port is functioning and compatible. You should handle the LED controller and strip with reasonable care. Do not expose the hardware to water, extreme heat, or physical stress.
6. Intellectual Property
The Gleons name, logo, website design, software, firmware, and hardware design are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, BEYOND THE WARRANTIES STATED IN SECTION 4. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR COMPATIBLE WITH ALL SYSTEM CONFIGURATIONS.
8. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL GLEONS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCT OR WEBSITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DATA LOSS OR SYSTEM ISSUES.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
